奥的斯电梯广州爆出事端:承包商职工被砸断腿

据《每日经济新闻》记者了解,本年6月,奥的斯全球总裁麦劭德观赏广州奥的斯工厂时,还对其进行了赞誉。没想到刚走几天,北京地铁电梯便出完事。

Three kinds of contract have three different discounts
Our reporter connected with two salesmen Huang Ming and Chen Hua from OTIS and XIZIOTIS as a purchaser.
Huang Ming said that there are three different discounts in three kinds of contract.
First is direct sales contract, purchaser and manufacturer sign, there is no third party and no discount.
Second is signed by purchaser, manufacturer and agent. The agent will take advantages and get commission.
Third is signed by purchaser and agent. The manufacturer sold to the agent, then agent sold to the purchaser.
Huang said: “As a foreign company, getting commission is forbidden. But the business environment in China make us do it and in these ways.” And the second and the third way are the better than the first way.
Private proprietor can manipulate the tender better
Huang Ming said the tender can be manipulated. “OTIS has brand advantage. We are the first elevator brand all over the world.” Private proprietor can manipulate the tender better and they can provide a lot of help.
And Chen Hua told the reporter another way to the black case work.
“Normally elevator contract is divided into two parts and signs two contracts. One is for equipment, the other is for installment. You can put the price into the contract of installment and it’s the cost of project, the tax rate is lower. If you put the price into the contract of equipment, you should pay a lot of value-added tax.” Chen said:”and it can be manipulated in a flexible way.”
